Delivery estimates missed and customer services from powercity and their courier's rude and unwilling to fulfill the services they offer.
Lost of money taking work off for multiple delivery dates, organising installation workmen etc.
Staff should be more informative to customers that delivery dates are only guesses for them and buyers as their courier's don't stick to dates given.
