Almost every 3 months I have to log a call for the same thing. I will get a reference number and there will be no service. I will have to call in to get 3 to 4 different reference numbers and they will tell me about escalations. I will be with no electricity for a week or two before the problem can be attended. Yet I pay my rates and taxes every months.
It is very frustrating and disappointing.
The service is really bad and I smell incompetence at City Power.
They always have excuses to render services but when it is times for disconnection agents are available and fast.
