Damian, a PowerCity staff member who I ended up in contact with while attempting to get help over a faulty product, was incredibly rude.
The money lost on the product was a huge financial loss for myself, and the hostility I was met with from this person reduced me to tears.
I never in my life expected to be spoken down to when trying to reach out for assistance!
