Website, products and prices are great. When calling to try and talk about potential offers and discounts it could have been better, as I was simply directed to go to the website to place an order, as everything available was as per the website. Communication after placing the order was limited too, although everything did turn up after 3 days via DPD and was well packaged, but I mainly knew where my order was because I already had the DPD app, rather than knowing what was going on as a result of comms directly from Powertoolmate. But overall would still recommend as a good company to order from.
