“Order placed on 10th July 2023 for over £3k worth of tools. It’s now 24th of July and nothing received yet. Bad service, hoping company will chase up or rectify but would urge buyers to look elsewhere at this point.”

“Ordered 2 items today over £400 before 3pm and thought it included next day delivery above a certain price however got made aware that this was not the case. I even offered to pay the extra priority mail charge at 15:11 but told me they couldn't do anything. This is just not a great experience and will go else where in the future.”
