“Product turned up quickly, however the unit and the battery came in 2 separate deliveries, on separate days, meaning I couldn't use it from the next day as needed. Also the unit seemed to have some marks on it. Not damage, but like it had been an ex display model or someone else had already opened it and held it a few times before returning it.”

“The only reason I’ve given 3 star is because of the courier service you used DPD left my parcel on my door step with powertoolmate wrapping on it with £450 worth of tools in it I have the DPD app and it said if we can’t deliver to you we will try a neighbour if there’s not a neighbour we will drop it at a collection point which the closest one is 3 minutes away but instead just left it”

“The sander tool arrived in a generic plastic bag posted in a generic cardboard box. The manuals and the dustbag were thrown in the box, so that's good. What I didn't like is that both the dustbag attachment and the sander had dust on them. Not sure if due to bad storage practices, dirty hands handling or prior use. Just the fact that I have to doubt whether I am buying a new item and then receiving a new unused item is already bad.”

“Last time I bought 2 x Milwaukee 5ah batteries off them they arrived in time. But They arrived open with no Milwaukee packing? The batteries didn’t last 6mths. Just bought 2 more, (on offer?) they’ve arrived in the same packaging. No Milwaukee paperwork ect . Lets see?”
