Order placed on 10th July 2023 for over £3k worth of tools. It’s now 24th of July and nothing received yet. Bad service, hoping company will chase up or rectify but would urge buyers to look elsewhere at this point.

Ordered 2 items today over £400 before 3pm and thought it included next day delivery above a certain price however got made aware that this was not the case. I even offered to pay the extra priority mail charge at 15:11 but told me they couldn't do anything. This is just not a great experience and will go else where in the future.

Was a regular customer, but recently order an item and received it with a quarter of the box packaging missing. Terrible way to serve that to a customer. Was replied back stating that they checked their cctv and found no faults during their packaging processes and that it must've been damaged in transit. But the package was fine with very minor scruffs when delivered, this does not explain the missing quarter of the package that exposes the actual product. I expected better of powetoolmate. To think it is acceptable to send a item like that in that condition. And no follow up as long as the item inside is intact.

Good Afternoon, I apologise that the item showed up in this condition, I understand this is not how our customers want to receive their goods. Having been the person that watched the CCTV (we do this so we pick up any training issues in our warehouses) I can assure you that the item was not sent out in that condition. When checking the delivery image there is clear damage to the packaging and I can confirm the damage would have happened in transit. Again I do apologise and we asked if the item was damaged to see if you would like a replacement or if you were happy with the item and just wanted to make us aware. If you are still not satisfied with the item please give me a ring on 01752 854246 and ask for John and i am more than happy to discuss this again with you. Please accept my apologies. I ordered the item Friday expecting to collect it Saturday as that is what was given as collect date but not available, still no notification of when it will be available! will cancel the order now

Good morning Jamie, I do apologise for your item not being delivered. I can see that there has not been any contact to confirm that you have not received your parcel, we could have got this sorted a lot quicker for you. However, in this instance, I have contacted DPD and although your items were shipped on the 11th of June they made it as far as DPD's Hinckley hub and that is where it seems to have stayed. I appreciate it's not your fault so to save you waiting the 6 days for DPD to investigate I have rebooked your items out for you as a priority now. Please accept my apologies for this and if there are any issues please don't hesitate to come back to us so we could jump on it and get it sorted for you there and then. Kind Regards John

Good Morning, I do apologise you feel you needed to post this. I have checked your order and I can't see any communications with regards to this issue. having received this review I can see that your item with the tracking number of 1597 6886 355 438 K - This was delivered with the information of - Delivered, received by DANISENCO, on 11 Jun 2022 at 14:24, i have checked the delivery image and it shows inside a porch with some post and an open inside door. The GPS is exact as per the delivery address. If this is incorrect please give us a ring and we would be more than happy to discuss this with you. Kind Regards John

Good Morning, I apologise if you feel you didn't receive as fast a delivery as you were expecting. When the item was ordered on the Bank Holiday we are closed and it was dispatched on the next working day. Tracking shows it was delivered the following day, was there some issue with the courier we were not aware of? Kind Regards John

The item is faulty and when I spoke with the customer service, I was informed to take video of the fault and send it to them!!!!!!!!!!

Good Afternoon, I do apologise for that, when it comes to faulty items we try and troubleshoot in case its something that we could overcome over the phone without having to return and replace etc. As we are not the manufacturers and only the stockists, our knowledge is not that of the manufacturers so we just ask for some more information to try and get to the bottom of it for you. I ordered a brushless metabo drill And a brushed drill was delivered they had mixed up the details of the drills so although I thought I had ordered the brushless drill it was a brushed one I received so I had to send it back very inconvenient.

If I hadn’t made the efforts to locate my parcel which was wrongly delivered, powertool mate would have seen me wait 5 working days for them to investigate before they could send a replacement or refund. This was after paying for priority next day pre 12 and not getting a parcel. T&C’s you don’t hear until things go wrong and they tell you it is in the Terms and conditions.

Poor delivery service from a company that deliver tools ...... supposidly delivers tools. I made a large power tool order, they supposidly packed and shipped (even showed CCTV of my order being neatly packed perfectly showing exactly my order, how fortunate that the camera moved to my order exactly when it was being packed). Shame my order was wrong on arrival, parts wrong and parts missing. Power Tool Mate washed thier hands of any responsibility. Also when ordering premium branded tools I would expect the correct packaging not a clear plastic bag which is not even sealed, feels rather low quality. The reason for the bag was given as: we buy so much it doesn't all come packed properly. So I am down £150 worth of order, bits were in plastic bags, deliveries came on different days from different places and prices can be found the same else where on the Internet. Your call to buy from PowerToolMate, its your money and your decision. I won't be buying from them again, wished I hadn't ordered from them before. I know other people will rave about the company but would they rave if they had my journey, the real company is seen when things are not 100% and this company showed it really did not care. I just hope that this review saves someone the horrid experience I had and they decide to go else where.
