Waited 7 days for it to b delivered when it turned up it was the wrong 1 probably wait another week for it abimisal all I got on the phone is I know it’s frustrating but deal with it wouldn’t swap it straight over not their policy

Very poorly packaged. Ie. 2 x 6=ah batteries just rattling about in a box with no packaging around them. Resulting in marks on the casing of batteries. Your chosen courier (DPD). Just left them on my door step. Even though I had made arrangements for them to be delivered next door. If I was phoning you now because they had been nicked off my door step. What your reply be ?

Ordered three items, all were advertised as in stock and available. I only received one and have been advised the remaining two are in the warehouse somewhere but cant be found at present.

I was given the wrong collection address and postcode , I was collecting my two pallets at the same price as you sell online in ones delivered direct to your customers My carrier has charged me a failed collection for your mistake My collection price was £98 + vat per pallet ! I now have been charged double this now !

I have put very poor due to having issues with delivery of my package from dpd and have an ongoing issue my package was delivered but knobody was in and it was left outiside on my doorstep all day and when u got home it was missing

What a useless useless company with the most unhelpful staff. We payed extra for express delivery and never received the order. After ringing and being told it had been dispatched it was supposedly being resent again to which it never came. After ringing again and being told it was in the delivery firms depot we are still waiting !!!??? I thought with you being part of the Westward group the service would have been much better. You need to deliver items when people purchase something as this is not much better than theft and you need to train your staff to be just remotely helpful. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! The questions below are not relevant as we are still waiting

Ordered a milwaukee pack out with next day delivery as I needed the box as I was working away on a job. waited a week with out and corresponding email of any feedback of the order. After contacting Power tool mate and raised the the complaint I did receive next day delivery.

Very disapointed ordered festool mitre saw on a 1 to 2 day priority delivery almost 2 weeks now and still no delivery also phone goes to ansaphone and no one rings back not the best experience

Good Afternoon, i do apologise wholeheartedly for this issue. Unfortunately it was dispatched with the correct dispatch labels but was actually sent with one of our other couriers so the warehouse made a mistake on this one. Have followed tracking (now day 6) and DPD, as yet to receive item and so unable to deliver!

If I could I would give a 0 star. When things are not right, the customer service is not very helpful. I ordered a Trend Router and router bit. I received the Router but the router's bit was missing. Wrote a email to customer service, no replay. So made a phone call to customer service and explained the issue. After two phone call they said they will send the missing item but it never delivered.

Goods are as ordered BUT using DPD as your courier needs to change as their abysmal service reflects very badly on your company. Please switch to Royal Mail. I certainly will not buy anything from you as long as you persist with using DPD.

Ordered a chainsaw kit. They only delivered the body, had to call 3 times so far and on the 3rd call was told it would be sorted. Ordered the kit 10th of August still no charger or batteries. May have been foolhardy but trusted the response I had and placed an order for something else.. will I get it all, who knows. Terrible service, steer clear.
