“Second purchase from PTM now. Second order£320 they then dropped the price of the item by £20 less than 24 hours after I purchased asked if they could refund the £20.00 they would not. Asked if I could re order and send the other back they said that’s not possible really disappointed poor customer service over £20.00 not likely use again now for this reason. Will be accumulating more and more tools.”

Good Afternoon, Thanks for your feedback. When it comes to our prices, the price we charge is very dependent on the stock that we receive. It is because of this we need to be strict with when deals are live and when they are not. Unfortunately in this instance, we were unable to do anything about the amount you paid on the day you ordered and I do apologise for that. Kind Regards John

“Online was offered a Saturday delivery, waited in all day but nothing arrived. I phoned on the Monday to be told that I should not have been offered a Saturday delivery. Goods arrived Tuesday.”

“I start with the positives: jig saw is awesome, but you would not expect anything different from DeWalt and actually came on time ( between 3-5 working’s days, got mine on 4th day. Now, box was damage and thin single wall. The worst part however was the t stak box, or it’s condition! It was disgusting, Box was covered in black, grey dust and sticky marks. Just like old, secondhand from bin! I am surprised someone actually sent it to the customer in this condition - see photos. Shame…”

“Customer service is absolutely shocking won't be using them again spent several thousand pounds with them always competitive on price up until now no issues until now had parts missing on a saw Ben found him rude very unhelpful told me to order my own parts albeit would refund me ok till u get a problem best avoided will be sticking to FFX who's Customer service is very good”

“The case that come with the drill kit and charger is not compatable , the items do not fit into the preformed internal spaces , so the case is usless , I should have sent everything back”

“Product is super and power tool mate them selves are good. But do object to the additional charges for delivery to highlands and it then takes 5 days min via DPD. Wish you would use Royal Mail or parcel force as they have flat rate to highlands and 9 out 10 times next day unless a weekend. Additional charges to highlands is unacceptable.”

“I ordered the goods, paid for fast delivery, as a result, my parcel has not yet arrived, a week has passed. No one knows where my package is, I have to call both powertool and dpd. They refuse to refund the money for delivery. They said to wait another week.”

“I called twice for information leaving my details but no call back. The Item I purchased was either a display or reformed item as the box had been opened and damaged No list of contents and missing guarantee Maybe that’s why it was cheaper than other sellers. I would not expect it on Festool Items”
