“Ordered 1 item and that arrived in good time,ordered another,website said in stock,so bought and paid,been 3 weeks and still not received,phoned and told out of stock,if it was out of stock why take my order and why take money……still waiting”

“Was disappointed with part of my order my makita t-shirts were completely different too what they should have been. And also I had a message from the sales team that they didn't have any of the dhs660 in stock. But when I ordered it was available to order on the website so now got to wait for my dhs660 which will be some time in January. The sales team have, not replayed back too my messages which is bad costume series.”

“Ordered a Milwaukee cordless grinder - came in a brown cardboard box with no Milwaukee packaging - this is a gift! Courier told to call if door locked (work upstairs) no call made and then had to wait over the weekend for redelivery. Will not be ordering from here again!”

“The Item I purchased took over 2 weeks to arrive, when the delivery time was indicated at 3-5 days. I emailed Powertoolmate to check on the status of the order after a week, but I did not even a courtesy response. There are a lot of very good alternative internet tool sites, and there's no room for sloppy service.”

“The price of the tool I ordered was very competitive and delivery was reasonably quick but the wrong battery had been sent. Getting this sorted out was frustrating and a slow process. I had to make quite a few phone calls because e-mail messages went unanswered. I had to send a photo of the wrong battery, then solicit a return parcel label via several phone calls, chase up Powertool to confirm that they had received the returned battery and then wait several days for the correct battery to arrive. From order placement to satisfaction took about 2 weeks.”

“Choice of courier company not great (DPD blue) didn't get the item I ordered despite changing the delivery option when prompted (not their fault). Called up to say the item had been sent back and was told the item would be re sent back to me. Never happened so I called up for a refund a week later. Overall, all the staff I spoke to were grumpy, no apology for the item not being sent back out, awaiting a refund. Great prices on products but fulfilment is where you suffer.”

“Delivery time was unacceptable from the time quoted, and when I called 3 times I was told "Oh the warehouse hasn't received your order, seems to be a case of the left-hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, I would recommend communicating properly with each other”

“This is not so much a review of Power Tool Mate as the delivery process. We indicated that if no one was at home the parcel should be put in a covered area to the side of our front door. When we arrived home the parcel had been pushed into the letterbox as far as it would go but was still stuck out. The label on the parcel even had instructions about where to put the parcel but had been ignored. Very disappointing and doesn't reflect well on Power Tool Mate”

“Only gave 2 Stars because of price, every other aspect of my service was awful. Ordered on a Friday morning and paid £15 for Saturday delivery as needed the stuff for a job on Sunday. Didn’t even get sent by the company and received by DPD until Saturday night and I received the parcel 6 days after ordering (down to DPDs lack of communication) however PowerToolMate never responded to my original email or even chased it up with DPD. Would only order again based on price alone and definitely wouldn’t be shelling out for Saturday delivery again from this company. Packaging also wasn’t upto much considering there was 4 loose items in there too.”

“Brought a jack to use on daily basis do pads and discs ect broken after just 71/2 months 🤦‍♂️asked for a replacement thay asked for a video sent video they say can we send u parts to fix 🤷‍♂️..explains im a mobile mechanic and busy so cant be without it..🤷‍♂️and now thay sending dpd on Tuesday to pickup and will only send new one or refund when they have seen it ...🤷‍♂️thay already seen it in video i sent at there request....now worried about other stuff iv Brought from them...🤷‍♂️”
