The Item I purchased took over 2 weeks to arrive, when the delivery time was indicated at 3-5 days. I emailed Powertoolmate to check on the status of the order after a week, but I did not even a courtesy response. There are a lot of very good alternative internet tool sites, and there's no room for sloppy service.
