Only gave 2 Stars because of price, every other aspect of my service was awful. Ordered on a Friday morning and paid £15 for Saturday delivery as needed the stuff for a job on Sunday. Didn’t even get sent by the company and received by DPD until Saturday night and I received the parcel 6 days after ordering (down to DPDs lack of communication) however PowerToolMate never responded to my original email or even chased it up with DPD. Would only order again based on price alone and definitely wouldn’t be shelling out for Saturday delivery again from this company. Packaging also wasn’t upto much considering there was 4 loose items in there too.
