The price of the tool I ordered was very competitive and delivery was reasonably quick but the wrong battery had been sent. Getting this sorted out was frustrating and a slow process. I had to make quite a few phone calls because e-mail messages went unanswered. I had to send a photo of the wrong battery, then solicit a return parcel label via several phone calls, chase up Powertool to confirm that they had received the returned battery and then wait several days for the correct battery to arrive. From order placement to satisfaction took about 2 weeks.
