Choice of courier company not great (DPD blue) didn't get the item I ordered despite changing the delivery option when prompted (not their fault). Called up to say the item had been sent back and was told the item would be re sent back to me. Never happened so I called up for a refund a week later. Overall, all the staff I spoke to were grumpy, no apology for the item not being sent back out, awaiting a refund. Great prices on products but fulfilment is where you suffer.
