“Not a great experience, I didn't receive any notification that my order had shipped or any tracking info. So far only received one of the two items I ordered with no contact or information on the website regarding when I might expect to receive the outstanding item.”

“The customer service is very good and I mean that. I'm my case though I just have not received the order its been 14 days now and I had even payed for faster postage which claimed to deliver in just 3 days. As what I ordered for my business in a necessary tool (rotary laser level) I cannot wait any longer and if it is not delivered by the next working day (Tuesday the 6th i will have to cancel the order and by from a reliable company in store”

“Paid fir 1 to 2 day delivery and got it 4 days later. My step son ordered something 2 days after me anf didn't pay the extra for quicker delivery and got it delivered to our house 2 days sfter. When I emailed to ask about when it would be delivered got a snotty reply”

“It's the usual scenario, you find the cheapest supplier on the web, order whatever it is and cross your fingers. My drill came, in good time and as described but no notification beforehand and no answer to my email.”

“Hi, I paid extra for 1-2 working day delivery. I ordered on sunday night and the item arrived friday at 4pm. There was no offer of a refund for atleast the extra I paid for quick postage. Also I ordered an item back in October, this has not arrived even now and I have been told it is not in stock and will be informed when it is.”

“Was delivered what can only describe as second hand tools/ex-display or returns, spent over £1300 and in the pack I got two drills unboxed lose with no paperwork with them and parts missing off them, very badly packed too, contacted power tool mate by phone with little joy just got booklet via post, I contacted them again via email and no reply. I Can say I won’t be using this company again unfortunately as deals are good but prefer to get brand new tools as advertised also the after sales is well there isn’t one .”

“Ordered an item sunday evening and paid for next day so i expected delivery tues/weds, but item turned up friday, so was charged next day delivery for an item that took 5 days to deliver. If my postage isnt refunded i wont be using again.”

“Product came in plain packaging. Not in makita box. No instructions either. So I don't know if the battery and charger was new, refurbished or fake. Not left with confidence tbh. I won't use again”

“Took delivery or a Dewalt Battery tool. The Charger & Battery were missing. I asked for replacement to be expedited overnight. Took delivery next day. So redeemed.”
