Hi,
I paid extra for 1-2 working day delivery. I ordered on sunday night and the item arrived friday at 4pm. There was no offer of a refund for atleast the extra I paid for quick postage.
Also I ordered an item back in October, this has not arrived even now and I have been told it is not in stock and will be informed when it is.
