“Tried to buy one of your deals online. Site crashed 3 times in the middle of paying. Not sure if I have been charged or not. Then went back to the Facebook page to find the deal had been deleted from Facebook. Shame no explanation was given. I fully understand your business has grown a lot and you will run into issues/problems. But speaking for myself and many others I’m sure. Just be upfront about issues. As people will have a better understanding.”

“Arrived in time but not to original date maybe as I asked for it to be put in a safe place, following day I did receive notification and delivery, but just left by my door not in the save place specified by internet and a written note for the driver, being in the shed with an awaiting lock to keep it safe. Suspect the drivers not so good at reading. Drill was new and nice bit of kit, shame no support handle and depth stop included”

“I've ordered 18V battery for my Milwaukee drill from Powertoolmate, but I recieved a 12V instead, which is not compatible with my tool. I have phoned and sent several emails to notify Powertoolmate for their mistake and resolve the issue. They told me that they will send me a prepaid return label, so I can return the incorrect item to them and only after they recieve it, they will dispatch a replacement. I am waiting already 5 days for someone to actually send me a return label, but nothing has come through as yet. In their return policy they are stating that in case of incorrect item, they will send a prepaid return label within 48 hours. Pretty poor email respond and after sales customer service. This has caused me a great inconvenience as i had to postpone my renovation plans until I receive the correct item and this is all due to inacurrate and poor service!”
