“Ordering and delivery very efficient. However, the radio I ordered was sent just in the original box with a post label stuck on the side....it was not wrapped in any way. It was a birthday present for my husband so when it was delivered he saw what it was.... ruined his birthday surprise as his birthday is not until the end of the month. It was not a cheap gift so I’m very cross! Pretty poor service!”

You are asking for a review for an item that I do not have and have no idea if or when it will arrive. If you don't have it in stock then you shouldn't say you have and take my money.”

“Asked a question on the phone about an item for a woman to rudely put he on hold and then the phone went dead. I trued to also cancel an item after an hour of buying it and neve got a reply. I now have the item but will keep it seen as it might be a hassel getting a refund.”

“Not very happy. I bought a Milwaukee tool kit. Full packout kit and sds body. I wasn’t sent a delivery date. The sds and packout arrived without the Milwaukee kit on Tuesday I rang them Wednesday morning to make sure part of the order wasn’t missing they assured me that they was waiting on a couple of items out of the kit as they build it themselves but I should have it by the end of the week. Then I received a email at 4:30 that same day saying the order has been cancelled so now I’ve got a packout box with nothing to go init And there still selling the kit on the website”

“The fact you chargered me £132.51. Then get an order acknowledgment from westward with total amount of £113.19 so realised you over charged me and sent my order to another company I suggest if you do that you get the company to send blank acknowledgments”
