“Submitted an order with notes in the ‘delivery notes’ section, clearly they ignore these, tried the web chat, despite showing as ‘online’ no answer to chat messages. Delivered a day late so no one at site to accept, then delivered to a pickup shop miles away. If only they had followed delivery instructions they requested. 🤷🏻‍♂️”
