Price on the item was great. Unfortunately it ended up costing me 3 times the price due to being told a delivery day then it not turning up. Was compensated £5 ! So it means I’m only a few hundred out of pocket due to not working. Next time I will pay the extra with another company.

I ordered my tools and was not given a delivery date. After a day i enquired to try and find a delivery date which i was then told it would be within three working days. It was then sent to the wrong location leaving me another day without my delivery and another day staying at home waiting on the parcel which eventually came on friday leaving me two days off work waiting on the delivery.

You were advertising a product ie dewalt dc365n chopsaw that you could not supply, so i think your performance was pretty poor.what do you think?

Ordered a new Makita set from them a while ago, paid extra for quick delivery as my combi drill had just died and needed it urgently No tracking info was sent to me so had no idea when it was turning up, many couriers now supply full online tracking and can give you a rough time slot but they use UPS which don't offer that, or didn't for me anyway Goods arrived, and they'd sent the wrong stuff, I had to call them and they said they'd arrange a returns label so I could send it back They sent the returns label to an incorrect email address (couldn't copy and paste?), so again had to call them to sort it out Got the stuff sent back and they finally got the right kit out to me, originally ordered on the 9th and got it on the 24th, so 2 weeks They did refund the extra I paid for quick delivery but overall the service was not good

Still awaiting delivery! You dealt with the order quite promptly. However, your courier service has let you down. Payment has been taken yet still no delivery.

Order cancelled, I was told because it was "out if stock" although still showing in stock on website, even after cancelling my order, bought elsewhere now

In regards to your review, it appears that your order was placed on the 30th of March with our free standard delivery service which we stipulate as a 3-5 working day timeframe. Your order was dispatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday, so was delivered before our stated delivery times. Please note, as you purchased on a Saturday this would be the earliest you would've got the item as we don't operate on weekends. Having received the item i have discovered the item is not compatible with my table saw even though it said in the description it was for some reason the rubber feet are different so don't lock in to the stand correctly but it will do for now

I ordered an 18v Makita Sander. I received an 18v Makita Jigsaw. I had to then re-order (and pay for) another sander. The jigsaw was collected the next day and it m awaiting a refund. Very inconvenient.

Sorry for the poor score, but here is why... I order to drilled, and only one arrived, I phone up and it did get sent straight out so that was ok. I also ordered a saw my payment was taken then I received an email to say the saw was out of stock and I would receive a refund,so I ordered another saw, this one costing £260 odd pound only to receive another email saying this too was out of stock ?? and I would receive another full refund. So I’m out of pocket for a good few days, waiting for my £400 refund!

You have asked me to review your company when i still have not received the tool I ordered 9 days ago so you are lucky to only get a poor rating & not a very poor I am still waiting for delivery.

Do not even receive the tool .Even paid for it Email powertoolmate.3 email. Saying tool in stock. Then not in stock Very bad experience,very angry and wasted a of my time.

Ordered some tools on th monday morning. Paid extra for ‘priority delivery’ and still havnt arrived yet (its not sunday). All tolls were supposedly in stock. On a positive note i have contact them and they have refunded me the extra for delivery, however im still without the tools i need.
