“I ordered a nail gun that showed as being in stock and received order confirmation & invoice etc. After a couple of days I had not received the dispatch email so called them to find out that they were actually out of stock. It’s been one week since I placed the order and have not yet received item to be able to comment.”

“Item purchase was a Dewalt cordless jigsaw. Item can poorly wrapped in a damaged box, no instructions, with just parcel paper protecting it in transit. Box had a hole in it where it had taken a bartering on its journey to me. Will think again before ordering from PTM. If the advert had said this is how it was going to be sent, I would have paid a bit more and got it elsewhere, at least I would have known it was brand new!”
