“The product is very good but you need to work on the delivery! The UPS delivery sent me a message to say they tried to post my delivery and nobody was in at the address, I was in all day!!! Seems as though they can’t be bothered looking for the address & just take to a shop for me to pick it up. Overall happy with my purchase but delivery service is dreadful.”

Good morning, Thanks for your order via Powertoolmate, it is much appreciated. Looking up your order, it appears that you initially placed the order on the Friday evening and we dispatched it on the Monday. On the tracking information, it appears that UPS tried delivering it on the following day, however failed to do so and delivered it to an access point for your collection. I do apologise that our courier in this instance has let you down, and if you'd like to give us a call on 01752 854246 we'd like to see what we can do for you. In the interim, I will make a complaint with our UPS representative so that this doesn't happen again if you wish to place an order in the future. Kind regards.

“If I had know they were Westwards I would of never purchased from them! Items came in 2 different packages for some unknown reason, paid for priority delivery which arrived in 3 days so don't know how long standard delivery would take.”
