“told I wanted delivery on Wednesday because of client, but delivered on Tuesday, no one at home so delivery company did not leave note to say parcel left in shop, so I rang them on Thursday where is my order, you said its at shop (lack of comms)”

Good afternoon, Thanks for your order via Powertoolmate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please note, that ordering on a Sunday with standard delivery will illicit a 3-5 working day delivery time frame. Therefore, a Thursday delivery is adhering to that stipulation. You should of also received a tracking number, which could of been used to track the location of your parcel. Nonetheless, I do apologise about the inconvenience. “I’d like to be able to leave a positive review but sadly, in this instance I can’t. I purchased a DeWalt Tstak item from Powertoolmate which they described as having a drawer. The item doesn’t have a drawer, it’s just a box. They eventually offered to arrange return of the item but I agreed to keep it (too much hassle) on condition they updated their website. Alas, it’s still showing as having a drawer.”

“Poor effort in replying to emails and messages takes ages to answer phones use a crap delivery service my package was dumped outside in the rain at a total different address with very poor packaging leaving my product showing to anyone and easy to get damaged i had to go get my items myself . But on the other hand powertool mate has a very good price range but need to sort out there after services”

“I took a day off work as UPS said they'll deliver my order the next day. Surprise... they didn't. What they did, they sent me an email at 18:20 on the delivery date saying that it will be delivered the next day. You would think that they delivered the next day ... no they didn't. After 3 days they delivered the package at one of the neighbours. Maybe the price was ok but with the wasted day and all the waiting ... After testing the M18 SDS I can tell you that its a beast, a bit heavy 4 kg body only and drains the battery like crazy but if you want power this is the right pick Regards.”

“I emailed to Powertool mate that this valuable delivery was left on our front doorstep by DHL, without a signature and in full view. No answer: maybe they don't want to hear from customers, maybe they don't care if their goods get stolen? Not ideal customer service anyway.”
