Good morning Andrew, Thanks for your order via Powertoolmate. Unfortunately, although we are very accurate with our stock levels, we have over 2000 SKUs in stock which can be a nightmare to manage. I ordered my products on Friday and paid for the extra delivery for it to come nearly a week later? The only reason it got dispatched because I wrung up and asked where it was and if it had been dispatched and the lady I spoke to said it hadn’t and couldn’t understand why it was still on her system

Received in good time , but was missing "Milwaukee" box and papers ; main issue is that the FIXTEC nut for tool-free disc change. was brokenm rendering device effectively unsuseable. I guessing it was a return and has been sent to A N Other customer (me) without checking.

The item a Ryobi Battery was over 15 months old and didn't come in any manufacturer's packaging or with any literature.

Good afternoon, Thanks for your purchase via Powertoolmate. Please note, the item you purchased was brand new and direct from the manufacturer. Just because the manufacturers' date was 2018 does not mean the item isn't brand new. The item in question would still be covered by the years' warranty directly with Ryobi. Kind regards.

First time I have used this company. What was sent to me was clearly a returned item as the packaging was shocking and not at all what I expected from them. Good news is that the follow up communications and the actual item itself are first rate.

As I write this review its 6 days since placing my order and still not received it. I have had power tool mate email and their courier ups text me to assure me it would be delivered today (it is today) and nothing and I've even seen a ups van drive past my house at 5.30pm. So all in all a very poor and disappointing experience. Still waiting for my order.

Ordered three items. One arrived then had to wait a further 2 days for the rest of my order. No warning of this happening nor any replies to my email questioning the whereabouts of my order

You should've received two different dispatch notices stating that your items have been dispatched at different times. i can see that your whole order was delivered within our 3-5 working day time-frame on the standard delivery option you selected. Ordered an M18 battery, but they sent a M12 battery... I now have to find someone with a printer to print out my returns slip then drive 7 miles to the nearest UPS drop off point.....

Best price on web and prompt delivery, but disappointed that the Makita batteries were not better packaged or protected. There was also no original Makita packaging with product, which makes you suspicious off authenticity.

I have bought an item for which I waited for 2 weeks. I sent 2 emails, however, I did not receive any response whatsoever. When I called a person from your company she said the courier has left the package at some Royal Mail branch without any kind of notice.

I ordered the drill on a Wednesday evening for priority delivery. Package arrived Tuesday late afternoon. What is logic paying extra if parcel comes in 4 working days.
