Goods to the value of £1000. Delivery was forgotten and had to be chased, when parcel arrived, packaging very poor and tools unboxed and unprotected.... Won’t recommend to others. Disappointed.

Item packaging arrived damaged as it was forced into a packing carton of the wrong shape/size. Good prices though.

Having paid for express delivery before the 2pm cut off time I expected the purchase to be dispatched the same day, instead the item was sent on the following day (Friday) and did not arrive until Monday.

Had difficulty orering.Ordered and promised would be sorted and delivered next day - didn't, chased that da, several times - hard to get through - Finally got through promised itemsfor next working day whem only one item turned up. Chased again and advised order from 1st items were on desk awaiting processing - advised would be sorted - did turn up next day - pretty disapointing and not worth £10 or so saving from other sites,

Although Powertool dispatched , their courier failed to deliver in 3 days dispite payment for next day. Although you cant blame Powertool, they use Ups, and if their suppliers we’re held to accpunt, Powertool wouldnt be innthe positionnof having the goods returned and loosing the sale

Very disappointed with powertool mate, after receiving an email saying the product I had bought was no longer available they offered me a replacement, I quickly replied but the replacement never came, I have since spoken to them on the phone but nothing has arrived

Ordered laser level on-line, week later still not arrived.Then received a terse email to tell me they no longer had stock and were cancelling my order, Disappointing.

After living in Plymouth and phoning the Saltash branch up confirming the price, was disappointed to discover the Plymouth branch wouldn't sell me the drill for the price was quoted earlier that day.

My item was hanging out of the box when it arrived due to poor packaging, just thrown in a box and not taped up correctly. No tracking number was supplied. I ordered a saw + blade at the same time, got the saw but still no blade 5 days later.

I paid £6.99 For a special delivery but had one of the worst delivery service. They attempt a delivery once while I was out. Ups left a card with just only a store name and area with no post code or proper address. I had to pay £11.60 on a taxi to go around looking for the store to collect my item.

Good afternoon, Thanks for your order with Powertoolmate. I do apologise about the frustrations you've had with our courier company. You ordered your item on the 10th at midnight and was dispatched our next working day which would be the 13th. Your order was delivered on the 15th. We do state that our priority service is a 1-2 working day timescale. However, in regards to the courier taking it to a shop. They did so as you were not in at the time of delivery and the shop is 1.5 miles from your house. Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves us it is out of our control. As per our telephone call last week, the MAKPAC case https://www.powertoolmate.co.uk/Products/0040000a0002/EB%252FMAKPAC3 that you've ordered doesn't state that it comes with the inlay that would fit the drill you've ordered. Wrong item sent out will not send correct item until they receive the wrong one. This means I will have too wait another 3/4 days for delivery.

My order was for a Makita double charger, I paid the extra postal , so I could carry on using my tool as soon as poss,,,I was sent the wrong charger,it was a Makita charger but only a single,,,,so to be able to carry on using my tools I have had to use the single charger,,,but I still need a double,for my work load,,,,so frustrating ,when my order reads a double + Makita charger

Was promised a quick two day delivery on large order of Milwaukee batter tools and accessaries, 7-8 days later I’m still waiting for a despached email.

Drill arrived very quickly, but battery and charger still not delivered 4 days later so not able to use the drill.

Good morning, Thanks for your order with Powertoolmate. I do apologise about the slight delays. Looking up your order, we had to send two packages to you. The first, which was the drill arrived promptly. However, the battery and charger in the second package, which was dispatched on the 2nd appeared to have issues with UPS. They picked it up on the 2nd and the next scan on the package was on the 6th. I do apologise on their behalf for the delays, however, as the retailer we did dispatch the item on time. Charged twice due to error on website. Had to wait 3 days to receive my money back and did not receive so much as an apology for this. The item was a gift but arrived looking second hand the box had a dent in the top and half the picture was missing of of the side of the box. Was actually embarrassed to give it as a gift. There only solution was for me to take the item to the post office wait for them to receive it and then they would send a replacement.

It appears that your item has been damaged in transit, as we would of quality assured our item before dispatch to avoid any issues like this. We will make sure to package this item in the future better to avoid this issue reoccurring. Looking up your refund details, it was generated the very same day you made the initial query.
