Charged twice due to error on website. Had to wait 3 days to receive my money back and did not receive so much as an apology for this. The item was a gift but arrived looking second hand the box had a dent in the top and half the picture was missing of of the side of the box. Was actually embarrassed to give it as a gift. There only solution was for me to take the item to the post office wait for them to receive it and then they would send a replacement.
