Ordering and delivery very efficient. However, the radio I ordered was sent just in the original box with a post label stuck on the side....it was not wrapped in any way. It was a birthday present for my husband so when it was delivered he saw what it was.... ruined his birthday surprise as his birthday is not until the end of the month. It was not a cheap gift so I’m very cross! Pretty poor service!
