“Ordered 5 dewalt tstak boxes, which were in stock but the cheaper bundle wasn't? Delivered well and on time however they were all meant to have no foam inlay as described, 4 of them had a foam inlay for a Grinder I think so thanks for your waste, and 1 has a rigid inlay for a flexvolt drill, so as such is useless to me. Awaiting response to email.”

“Rang them to ask about next day delivery expectations at this Covid time and was told to place order online and then ring with the order number to they could prioritise delivery. Had text to say it would be delivered next day at a certain time then a text saying delivery was put to the folowing day as requested - but it hadn't been requested by me. Rang them to ask what was going on and was told delivery company had an issue and we'd get it the next day. When asked about a refund for 'next day' delivery costs was told they'd reimburse but we are still waiting. Paid extra for next day delivery but parcel didn't arrive”

“Heard good things from a couple of friends but my personal experience hasn’t been the best, no email from courier still no tools from either order but the price is good and the Facebook page with all raffles etc is good. Probably just a bad day we will see how the next order goes. Thanks”

“Brought the pressure washer for a present for my husband. It arrived unpackage and he excepted the parcel when delivered but as it wasn't in a box or any packaging it ruined the surprise as he now knows what his birthday present is. Very disappointed”

“In the past I have had the excellent,reliable and fast service that we all love from powertoolmate. However my latest order has not been so successful. I understand some items are shipped from separate locations etc but all the things I ordered were in stock on the website and so I can't understand why one of my items has still not been dispatched a week after placing the order. No information or updates... I have emailed to enquire whats happening and the reply was... Will look into it. Like I say on the whole you guys provide a great service and I will continue to buy from you as I know this is not a common occurance.”

“I ordered my parcel on the Tuesday with fast track delivery on wednesday I got notification that my parcel had been dispatched and delivered on Thursday. When it arrived only half my order was there after a phone call I found the other item was temporarily out of stock but would be dispatched that day for next day delivery as I needed the item for weekend. The item did not arrive at all and I had no notification of dispatch and it arrived Monday as I wasn't in it will be Tuesday before I receive the item for fast track delivery I think this is shocking and not very well planned out with limited notifications and contact”

“despite ordering a deal that had only been live for 15 mins i was put to the end of the line and told 2 days later it was out of stock ,then i see dozens of people post picture of the very same deal that no doubt brought it hours after me and got their items no problem, pretty disappointed saying it was my first order”

“Ordered set of tools worth £700 on 11.01 received them on 14.01 just to find out that a key tool was missing from the set . Couple of hours latter received an email saying the SAW wasn't available 11.01. was promised a refund on 15.01 . Still haven't received (had to use different seller for the missing tool as it makes the set usles for me )”

“Price was good and delivery but ordered one drill site crashed so did same again and looked on paypal account and found two payments had been made. Phoned on the monday to say what had happened and a polite operator told me they would sort it but still have not got my money back 4 days later. Seems you like to take money but not give it back even though the fault was with your site”
