Ordered set of tools worth £700 on 11.01 received them on 14.01 just to find out that a key tool was missing from the set .
Couple of hours latter received an email saying the SAW wasn't available 11.01.
was promised a refund on 15.01 .
Still haven't received (had to use different seller for the missing tool as it makes the set usles for me )
