Price was good and delivery but ordered one drill site crashed so did same again and looked on paypal account and found two payments had been made. Phoned on the monday to say what had happened and a polite operator told me they would sort it but still have not got my money back 4 days later. Seems you like to take money but not give it back even though the fault was with your site
