Rang them to ask about next day delivery expectations at this Covid time and was told to place order online and then ring with the order number to they could prioritise delivery.
Had text to say it would be delivered next day at a certain time then a text saying delivery was put to the folowing day as requested - but it hadn't been requested by me. Rang them to ask what was going on and was told delivery company had an issue and we'd get it the next day. When asked about a refund for 'next day' delivery costs was told they'd reimburse but we are still waiting.
Paid extra for next day delivery but parcel didn't arrive
