In the past I have had the excellent,reliable and fast service that we all love from powertoolmate. However my latest order has not been so successful. I understand some items are shipped from separate locations etc but all the things I ordered were in stock on the website and so I can't understand why one of my items has still not been dispatched a week after placing the order. No information or updates... I have emailed to enquire whats happening and the reply was... Will look into it. Like I say on the whole you guys provide a great service and I will continue to buy from you as I know this is not a common occurance.
