I ordered my parcel on the Tuesday with fast track delivery on wednesday I got notification that my parcel had been dispatched and delivered on Thursday. When it arrived only half my order was there after a phone call I found the other item was temporarily out of stock but would be dispatched that day for next day delivery as I needed the item for weekend. The item did not arrive at all and I had no notification of dispatch and it arrived Monday as I wasn't in it will be Tuesday before I receive the item for fast track delivery I think this is shocking and not very well planned out with limited notifications and contact
