I've ordered 18V battery for my Milwaukee drill from Powertoolmate, but I recieved a 12V instead, which is not compatible with my tool. I have phoned and sent several emails to notify Powertoolmate for their mistake and resolve the issue. They told me that they will send me a prepaid return label, so I can return the incorrect item to them and only after they recieve it, they will dispatch a replacement. I am waiting already 5 days for someone to actually send me a return label, but nothing has come through as yet. In their return policy they are stating that in case of incorrect item, they will send a prepaid return label within 48 hours. Pretty poor email respond and after sales customer service. This has caused me a great inconvenience as i had to postpone my renovation plans until I receive the correct item and this is all due to inacurrate and poor service!
