Was delivered what can only describe as second hand tools/ex-display or returns, spent over £1300 and in the pack I got two drills unboxed lose with no paperwork with them and parts missing off them, very badly packed too, contacted power tool mate by phone with little joy just got booklet via post, I contacted them again via email and no reply. I Can say I won’t be using this company again unfortunately as deals are good but prefer to get brand new tools as advertised also the after sales is well there isn’t one .
