Second purchase from PTM now. Second order£320 they then dropped the price of the item by £20 less than 24 hours after I purchased asked if they could refund the £20.00 they would not. Asked if I could re order and send the other back they said that’s not possible really disappointed poor customer service over £20.00 not likely use again now for this reason. Will be accumulating more and more tools.
