Customer service is absolutely shocking won't be using them again spent several thousand pounds with them always competitive on price up until now no issues until now had parts missing on a saw Ben found him rude very unhelpful told me to order my own parts albeit would refund me ok till u get a problem best avoided will be sticking to FFX who's Customer service is very good
