What a useless useless company with the most unhelpful staff. We payed extra for express delivery and never received the order. After ringing and being told it had been dispatched it was supposedly being resent again to which it never came. After ringing again and being told it was in the delivery firms depot we are still waiting !!!??? I thought with you being part of the Westward group the service would have been much better. You need to deliver items when people purchase something as this is not much better than theft and you need to train your staff to be just remotely helpful. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
