“Ordered for invoice/delivery june. totally ignored instruction on order and sent regardless. Rang to ask for invoice to be altered to following month, but told they do not read instructions in note area on order form. I would have waited if this was known. What is the point of a note box if ignored?”

“All items I purchased was showing in stock, waited a week for what should have been a day or two with no contact from Powertoolmate and chased it myself to be told sorry I’ll get it sent out today and then only half the order turned up with delayed written on the ticket for the missing item with no explanation or time estimate for the item. I am still waiting for the second-half of my order to arrive with no courtesy call or email so I will have to chase it up myself yet again.”
