Order not delivered! Avoid powertoolmate, we have lost £188! They sent a pic of a box in front of a shutter and said this it was delivered, they have ignored my emails. Can't believe this happened to us. Gutted!

Twice now I have ordered tools from powertool mate. A week after ordering I get an email to say items are out of stock and I have been refunded. Poor service when it says in stock on the website and I wait a week for it to not arrive.

Never any tracking numbers supplied for your parcels, takes days for your orders to be dispatched from ordering, only half your items that you order get sent out with no contact as to the balance being out of stock until your order arrives and they are not there.

Rang up to make an exchange, as I’d orders the wrong item. I left my name and number with someone that told me I would be contacted. Never received call back.

Poor ordering system Appalling delivery delay I was given inaccurate information when I phoned to enquire if it had got lost. Indifferent attitude by staff I would not use again and I do not recommend.

sealey mightymig100 broke within 2 months. Power tool mate will not accept a return for repair/replacement and will not offer a refund. All others who have had similar complaints please be aware that this is contrary to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act, and if you get in touch with the Consumer Ombudsman they can force the retailer to refund you if the product developed a fault within the first 6 months.

Items delivered to wrong place and lost ,one item not delivered at all then upon redelivery delivered to wrong place again despite leaving a note explaining delivery at check out

Didn’t receive 2nd item the lady serving said that’s all. I presumed the screws were in the package but wasn’t was too late to go back

Nothing wrong with item but was delivered to wrong address. Was brought to me by the other business, Powertoolmate fine but deplorable service by DPD, hopefully Powertoolmate will pass on my dissatisfaction to DPD

I recieved my makita drill and its turned out to be faulty. The chuck is damaged and it isnt working properly. Ive tried contacting power tool mate but havent received any response. Very disappointed.

Sent review but parcel has only just been despatched 5 days after ordering. No email saying delayed or not despatched. Only went with them as said in stock???

Website crashed ... got invoice saying paid but item never arrived due to payment pending ? My bank said it has to be sorted at point of purchase not at the bank

Phoned to check stock, told in stock as listed on website and would be delivered by Thursday. Half the order arrived with no explanation or warning from this poor outfit, phoned to be told actually the item is out of stock and would be another week. Ordered elsewhere last minuet having to pay much more because of this companies failings. Really didn't seem to care less when we phoned to complain.

3-5 days delivery time means NOTHING to these cowboys. on the 6th working day - still no email, text etc from courier No tracking details etc supplied Extremely Rude Customer Service - not worth the 0.98p cheaper tool price Expected a lot better in this day and age especially when there are plenty of competitors AVOID!!!!!!!
