“Diabolical customer service. Every time I phoned to enquire as to where my product was I was lied to and told that it had been sent. It was never sent, and never arrived. When I asked for a refund the response was “that’s fine, goodbye”. I had to get PayPal to force them to refund me. AVOID THIS COMPANY”

“Bought the Bluetooth makita extractor on the 13th feb. Delivery was supposed to be on the 16th. Emailed on the 17th for update. No reply. Rang up on the 19th and a helpful lad called Dan said they couldn’t find it in the warehouse and would get back to me. Nothing. Rang again at end of play. Still couldn’t find it. Cancelled the order and went with ffx which I should have done from the start. Waste of a week. Terrible outfit.”
