“Competitive pricing but 7 days after order with a 3-5 day delivery, still not arrived. No response after trying to call several times, and email requesting delivery update unanswered. Unfortunately, wont be using them again.”

“Beware - 7 Day Standard Delivery. 3 of those days is them not even dispatching the order. Apparently this is standard practice the lady on the phone told me. I feel like they need to slicken their internal operations if they cannot even despatch items within 24 hours as standard practice. Items were cheapest online but I think I'll pay a little more and go elsewhere next time. Waste of time. I had bought a Dewalt drill and charger.”

“I still haven't recieved the DeWalt cordless sander, but despite confirmation on the website at the time of ordering that my payment had been accepted, I was later advised by email that it had not and that I should contact the company to sort out the issue. I did so, and was eventually told that the problem was "a mix-up at their end" and that the item would be sent out in the next few days. I'm still waiting for the sander and although I appreciate that companies are working under difficulties at the present time, I expected better service from PowerToolMate!”

“Ordered the tool and got delivery date. A few days later rang and ask about its whereabouts. Was told delivery was cancelled and offered refund. Refund arrived. Tool ordered from another company and arrived 5 days later, without issue. why order from powertool mate if they cant deliver. Order down the road with someone who can deliver.”

“Late and damaged and no response from Powertoolmate! I didn't want to leave this review but a lack of any response from Powertoolmate has left me no alternative. Ordered a Dewalt DCW600 with spare bases. The item arrived with a crack in the perspex base with x3 locking screws missing. It would appear that the item had been returned by a previous customer due to this damage. I have sent several emails to see if the missing and broken parts can be replaced. Nothing. No response or even an acknowledgement that they are looking at my order. I buy a lot of tools but will not be ordering from Powertoolmate again. I see they have quite a few happy reviews but the item they have sent me is useless without me purchasing from an alternative reputable online spares site which makes the item I bought from Powertoolmate the most expensive DCW600 online! “Paid for express delivery, not delivered within specified time and had no communication apart from a reciept. Tried to contact the conpany via phone, no answer so left a message but didn’t get no reply. Tools are a good price but service was not helpful. 6 days after the order was placed and still no delivery or communication.”
