I still haven't recieved the DeWalt cordless sander, but despite confirmation on the website at the time of ordering that my payment had been accepted, I was later advised by email that it had not and that I should contact the company to sort out the issue. I did so, and was eventually told that the problem was "a mix-up at their end" and that the item would be sent out in the next few days. I'm still waiting for the sander and although I appreciate that companies are working under difficulties at the present time, I expected better service from PowerToolMate!
