“Due to website issues my order was not processed, even though I received order confirmation emails that my invoice had been paid. No one at power tool mate contacted me to say that there was an issue. When I contacted the team about the expected delivery date the product I ordered was out of stock with a shipment on the way (but no confirmed delivery date). After numerous phone calls and emails I was assured that I would receive my item in time for Christmas. They did say that my payment hadn’t gone through, so I paid again over the phone. What I eventually received 2 days before Christmas was a replacement product, of less value which is not what I was expecting. This product is not suitable as a replacement. So I have now paid twice for a product, which I am still yet to receive and I’ve been sent an incorrect product. I will be asking for a full refund and I will never use this company again. Very disorganised.”

“I ordered a 200 pound 6 foot digital level when it arrived it was very unboxed wrapped in a minimal amount of bubbles wrap. And it was a 4 foot level totally unfit for purpose. They take your phone number so why didn’t they call me,?then iv got to wait in the following day to wait for a collection to return it then iv got to wait to get my money back . All I can say a very lovely lady named Lorraine sorted this mess out so I give Lorraine top marks and the warehouse staff zero.”

“Ordered on 8/11/2020, still to receive items. Was informed that package has been attempted to be delivered by DPD and then returned to sender, which I was a bit skeptical about but I gave them benefit of the doubt. Has been 2 weeks since then and am still to receive items. Numerous emails sent to customer service, which have been slow to respond and little to no help in their responses. First time I've had issues with the company, but wont be using again. Ordered from another supplier and received items within 36 hours”

“Made an order that didn’t go through but took payment. After receiving email invoice thinking my order had been accepted although it hadn’t I had nothing to tell me I will not be receiving my order and a payment will be refunded. After calling up to chase my order they told me it had not gone through although they sent me an invoice for goods. After finally re ordering my package at a higher price as a deal had ended, I paid for 1-2 priority delivery and I have still not received my delivery almost a week later.”

“Terrible customer service, I ordered an item 4 months ago, and it said the item was in stock, apparently it wasn't. They kept telling me it will be in stock in 2 weeks, but never has been. Now they just won't answer my emails or respond to me, but they happily took my money for the item!! I am left out of pocket and nothing to show for it. I will never buy from this place ever again. Avoid if possible.”

“Good prices but don’t let that fool you stay far away from this company their customer service is horrific it basically doesn’t exist Part of my order was a makita twin charger which turned up damaged i have sent them emails trying to resolve this issue only for them to ignore them and also tried ringing the number on their website of which just comes up saying you’ve dialled an incorrect number absolute joke of a company.”
