Due to website issues my order was not processed, even though I received order confirmation emails that my invoice had been paid. No one at power tool mate contacted me to say that there was an issue. When I contacted the team about the expected delivery date the product I ordered was out of stock with a shipment on the way (but no confirmed delivery date). After numerous phone calls and emails I was assured that I would receive my item in time for Christmas. They did say that my payment hadn’t gone through, so I paid again over the phone.
What I eventually received 2 days before Christmas was a replacement product, of less value which is not what I was expecting. This product is not suitable as a replacement. So I have now paid twice for a product, which I am still yet to receive and I’ve been sent an incorrect product. I will be asking for a full refund and I will never use this company again.
Very disorganised.
