Ordered on 8/11/2020, still to receive items. Was informed that package has been attempted to be delivered by DPD and then returned to sender, which I was a bit skeptical about but I gave them benefit of the doubt. Has been 2 weeks since then and am still to receive items. Numerous emails sent to customer service, which have been slow to respond and little to no help in their responses. First time I've had issues with the company, but wont be using again. Ordered from another supplier and received items within 36 hours
