I ordered a 200 pound 6 foot digital level when it arrived it was very unboxed wrapped in a minimal amount of bubbles wrap. And it was a 4 foot level totally unfit for purpose. They take your phone number so why didn’t they call me,?then iv got to wait in the following day to wait for a collection to return it then iv got to wait to get my money back . All I can say a very lovely lady named Lorraine sorted this mess out so I give Lorraine top marks and the warehouse staff zero.
