“Poor communication. Did not receive my item as expected. Apparently will be coming after a week but will have to wait and see. Did request a refund but powertool wasnt interested and didnt care and just sent item out after a week of waiting. Im sure its a 1 in ever 100 issue but the lack of aftercare was a huge issue for me.”

“Bought x2 dewalt 2ah battery’s. One was fine the other was so dead that I had to jump it to get it to charge. Perhaps they should inspect the battery’s they are sending so inexperienced people don’t get caught in a trap like I could have.”

“Ordered 2 of the same item , only one turned up. Wasn’t packed, only in manufacturers box so everyone could see what it was . Then told item out of stock due to the incompetence of packer, not my problem, well it is now , if you are ordering anything more complex than a box is screws I wouldn’t bother , they won’t be getting another order from me .”

“My dewalt impact driver was purchased only a couple of months ago and has already broken! Not getting any power on the impact even with a fully charged battery and sometimes you can’t even press in the trigger. Not what you would expect from a brand new impact driver by dewalt.”
