“Milwaukee 3 tier box arrived damaged, customer service very poor, slow at getting back to you. Offered a part refund that doesn’t cover the cost to buy the spare parts. Offered to exchange but had to send the damaged one back first, as I work away for months at a time this was a massive inconvenience. Would consider paying that little bit more next time from a reputable company”

“Tool was supposedly in stock at time of order but this was incorrect. Was told someone should have contacted me to discuss options but didn't. When tool didn't arrive I contacted them and this all became apparent. Refund issued swiftly but would probably not order again.”

“Terrible service dpd lost my parcel and told me to contact Powertool mate to sort it out and Powertool mate denied it had even been lost at all and told me to go round knocking on houses to find it then ignored me when I asked for the map which showed where it was delivered, eventually I found this map myself through dpd’s website and went and got my parcel a few streets away.. still no response from Powertool mate about the situation, won’t be using again. Also product didn’t have any protection and came damaged!”

“Atrocious service. I waited 8 days for the drill bits I'd ordered having heard nothing from the company. I emailed and got no reply. On my fourth attempt I got through on the phone, I had to wait over 24 hours for a reply to my query which was that the item was out of stock. I was assured that my refund would be processed by the end of the day but I had to phone again two working days later to chase it up. Steer clear.”

“Request arrived to review product before the actual product has arrived, currently outside of the quoted delivery timescale and advised that they don’t know why it hasn’t left the warehouse. I’m having to do the chasing so not impressed by the level of service, pity as Powertoolmate generally get good reviews, I must just be unlucky.”
