“Ordered a drill M18BH on 5/6/20 paid for the drill and waited for delivery, Monday received an email from DPD that said the drill was on its way, next day another email from DPD to say my order had been cancelled contact your supplier, so first I emailed them, no reply so I phoned powertoolmate they said it’s just a mix up by DPD and the drill would be with me shortly. Two day later phoned them again they told me order had been cancelled and my money will be refunded immediately, that was today 12/06/20 at 10.06 this morning still no refund, joke company phil birch”

“placed an order on 16th May for over £400, when order arrived, it was incomplete and "out of stock" was scribbled across one of the items on the sales order. I emailed to determine when item would be back in stock only to be told that it wouldn't be in stock again and that a refund would be made, despite multiple attempts, I am still awaiting a refund of over £200 or further confirmation that a refund will be made”

“Promised next day delivery, didnt arrive. Called several times over the following week and was told various things. I was told the items were still in the warehouse, out for delivery, not been collected yet. Basically nobody knew what was going on. This held one of our jobs back and i asked to cancel the order for a full refund. I then recieved a call to say they were out for delivery. Eventually turned up over a week late. Will not order again.”

“Was not told that the item i ordered and would not be delivered within the specified time period. I then had to phone up myself rather than a sales rep or customer adviser getting in contact with me in order to make me aware of this problem. It has been 6 days and have still not received any information on the problem or what they are doing to solve the issue. They didnt hesitate to take the money from my account though. Will not be ordering again.”

“The safety key was missing from the box. When I call to say there was no bag (with user manual, safety key and so on) I was given the number for dewalt and I was informed to call them My self. This is not the 1st time I have had a problem with a power tool but it is the 1st time I have been told to contact the Manufacturers directly.”
